At NSI quality consciousness has been of prime importance. The quality control measures are initiated right from the raw material selection till dispatch of the springs in following ways:

·  Raw material is selected based on specifications and applications of the Springs

· First piece / sample approval

· On line inspection and process control

· Batch / Sample inspection of production

· Internal Inspection Reports for every batch consisting of dimensional specification And load-deflection characteristics

· Material certificates specifying chemical & physical properties, as required

All our measuring instruments, spring testers and temperature gauges are Calibrated periodically
